Kalms Night One-A-Night contains valerian, traditionally used for its sedative action to relieve sleeplessness without causing drowsiness the next day.
Directions
For adults and the elderly. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old. The recommended dose is 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, swallow 1 additional tablet earlier during the evening.
It is best not to take any non-essential medication when pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
