However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
ACCESSING OUR SITE
Our site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

SALE OF MEDICINES
There are strict guidelines in place with regard to internet supply of medicines. When completing a transaction, the purchaser confirms that they are over 18 years of age, that the purchaser is aware that the medicine should be used in accordance with the recommendations for use contained in the product packaging, and that the total quantity of the product to be supplied in the transaction is a quantity that is reasonably required for the purchaser’s own treatment. The guidelines require that each transaction is personally reviewed by a pharmacist and they personally supervise and authorise the supply. All medicines sales are only final upon review and approval by one of our pharmacists. We are unable to supply/ship medicines outside the Republic of Ireland.
A record of each transaction for non-prescription medicine will be retained for two years from the date of purchase.
Transaction details include:
- The date of the transaction,
- The name and quantity of the product obtained, and
- The name and address of the person to which the medication was supplied
PRICE OF GOODS
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
DISCOUNTS & OFFER CODES
All discount and offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms & Conditions. In order for the discount to be applied the offer code must be entered into the discount code area in the checkout page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order. Discounts cannot retrospectively be applied to orders once they are placed.
Discounts cannot be combined and only one discount code per order can be used.
Items already reduced, that display a reduced price and selected brands* are excluded from discount offers. (*these brands are subject to change at anytime)
All discount codes and offer codes can be amended or withdrawn at anytime.
SUBSCRITPION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Meaghers Pharmacy Online Sales Limited. (“Meaghers Pharmacy Online Sales Limited,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offer a subscription service for selected products on our website. When you choose to purchase a subscription product from any of our selected subscription products (Collectively, the “Product” or “Products”), the following Terms and Conditions apply:
You must have an account, a valid email address, and a credit card and/or debit card to participate in the Subscription Program.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDER PLACEMENT
When you place an order for a subscription product, Meaghers Pharmacy Online Sales Limited will automatically place and ship that same order based on the timeframe selected by you, the customer, at the time of purchase.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDER AMOUNT
Your subscription final total may vary due to changes in price, tax rates, duties fees, and/or shipping costs. Your order total will include:
- Sales tax, if applicable
- Shipping costs
- Please note that additional discounts do not apply to subscription products.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDER PAYMENT
The credit card you used to place your initial subscription order will be charged until you cancel your subscription, or modify your credit card information. Subsequent orders will be charged the day the order is placed and forwarded to our warehouse for processing.
If your credit card is declined at the time of a subscription order placement, your order will not be placed; you will be notified that your subscription payment has failed and you will need to update your credit card information. Once your payment information is corrected, your subscription order will be processed. To update your credit card information, you can go to your "My Account" section and click the “Edit” link next the last four digits of your credit card information on the desired subscription.
Credit Card and Debit Card payment will be the only valid payment types accepted for subscription order payment.
The Products available for subscription are based on the current price. This means that item prices are not locked in and are subject to change.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDER NOTIFICATIONS
You will be notified by email 5 days prior to your subscription order and payment have been processed. A order confirmation email will be sent after each subscription order is processed and shipped.
CANCELLATION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM
You may cancel your subscription to products offered through the Subscription Program at any time. If there is an outstanding order associated with your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect once that order is processed by Meaghers Pharmacy Online Sales Limited.
To cancel your subscription, you may do so by:
- Through your online account by logging your account, going to your "My Account" section, and clicking “Cancel” on the desired Subscription Program.
Emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email you must include your name, subscription order number, and what Product or Products you would like to cancel. Please note that response times may exceed 24 hours.
LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- use of, or inability to use, our site; or
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
- If you are a business user, please note that in particular, we will not be liable for:
- loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
- business interruption;
- loss of anticipated savings;

If you are a consumer user, please note that we only provide our site for domestic and private use. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
UPLOADING CONTENT TO OUR SITE
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
