ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Customers can return item(s) to us once we are notified within 14 days after the item has been delivered. Once we are informed of your decision to cancel, customers have a further 14 days from the cancellation date to return the item(s). Customers will be offered a refund through the original payment method, or should they prefer, we can offer an e-voucher, credit note or exchange.
For items to qualify for a refund:
- The items must be returned as sold, in original (undamaged) packaging, including any documentation and with any tamper-proof seals intact.
- The product must be accompanied with the receipt.
If an item has been used or is otherwise in an unsaleable condition (opened, damaged or soiled packaging), Meaghers reserves the right to refuse a return under this policy.
If a promotional product was included in the purchase, this item(s) must also be returned to avail of the refund. If it is no longer available, the equivalent non-discounted value will be deducted from the refund amount.
