I am using it for pelvic floor ( the muscles underneath the pelvis ) health to guard against prolapse ( the organs, womb, bladder & bowel) coming down in the pelvic floor. Since I started taking Zooki Collagen a few months ago I have noticed that my nails are no longer breaking and have become a lot stronger. I only get a nail gel for special occasions such as Christmas holidays and normally when I get gel removed my nails are very brittle but this time that wasn't the case. Definitely recommend.

I follow Oonagh on Instagram and after seeing her flawless skin I thought - I need to try this product. Initially I thought it was a little challenging to take however watching Oonagh's recommendations of mixing it in to drinks or smoothies etc. I have really got on to using this product. If you stir it into freshly squeezed orange juice or into a kale smoothie it is super easy to take. Lots of people have already commented on the change in my hair and the shine and I can see that my brittle nails have really strengthened - I feel that my skin has improved and my makeup seems to 'stay-on' much better now - all in all I think this is a super product!
