Sudafed Decongestant Nasal Spray quickly relieves congestion and clears catarrh caused by colds,flu and allergies. Sudafed Nasal Spray contains a decongestant called xylometazoline that is delivered directly to the nasal passages in the form of a pump action spray. Local application of a decongestant is more suitable for some individuals than taking a decongestant orally in a tablet form.
Adults and children over 12 years of age one spray into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily. Not to be used for more than 7 consecutive days.
Children 6-12 years of age: one spray into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily. Only to be used when other measures have failed to provide relief from symptoms. Do not use for more than 5 consecutive days. Not recommended in children under 6.
