Mix with 100mls of water or juice (some prefer less, some prefer more).

Unfortunately I have to contact you with a very bad review about your product . After just taking 1 sachet in the morning , before food . ( I read on the package , that it should be taken in the morning . It was never mentioned anywhere on the package, that most probably I will start to feel the way it was ….), so …. Just after 2 mins after taking it , I started to feel very unwell ! I started to feel very strong nausea , and my hands started to shake . 5 mins later I had to run in the bathroom, because I had to vomit all what I just drank. And as my stomach was completely empty , I couldn’t really do that , but I was feeling very bad . Also my eyes ( under my eyes, started to be swollen . After maybe 1 hour it has gone . And a bit later , I started to experience strong dry cough , like from irritated throat . It’s already second day , and I am still not feeling well , and I still have this very dry cough . I also should mention , that before taking the sachet , I was feeling Great , full of energy , and I didn’t have any cough at all . It looks like I had some strong allergy on one of the ingredients which causes irritated throat and cough ! I want to return the money back , I ordered this product for 3 months . 1 main package is opened , the rest 2 months sachets weren’t even normally packed . They were just packed in some envelope , doesn’t really seem to be original product , as it didn’t have a proper package . So 1 of this envelopes was opened too , as I didn’t know what’s inside of it . Also the package was extremely hot upon arrival . Not sure that all kind of medicines should be delivered under this high temperature.

Got 1 weeks supply to test as it is a very expensive supplement. To be honest felt absolutely no increase in energy, no positives. Had been taking Revive & after 1 week noticed a definite difference. Si in my opinion not worth the money, other supplements eg. Optiyou & Revive on the market for less
