Its expensive but I find it great to support me with my weight training. I like the ingredients and the fact that there's marine collagen in it helping my skin also.

Flavour is not great, you need to mix it into a shake/smoothie or hold your nose and drink fast. That aside, as a 50+ year old who takes part in a Brazilian Jujitsu class 3 times a week, my husband finds that this has been helping with the recovery and to maintain healthy joints and the recovery from bruises has been quicker also
