Directions
Mix with 250ā300 ml of water, stir well, and consume immediately after preparation. Fibre Complex can be taken on its own with water or mixed into hot or cold food, drinks, or smoothies or your Revive Active supplement of choice. If taken with food, we recommend consuming with an additional glass of water.
One sachet daily is recommended for ages 12+. If well tolerated, the intake can be increased to 1ā2 sachets per day.
Half a sachet daily mixed into 100-150ml of water is recommended for children aged 4ā12
250-300ml of liquid for adults
