Directions

1. Diffuse through your Wellbeing Pod. Add a few drops of your chosen Essential Oil Blend to your Wellbeing Pod or Wellbeing Pod Luxe.   
2. In the bath. Add a few drops directly to your bath whilst the water is running to really supercharge your soak.   
3. In the shower. Add a few drops in to your shower and let the oils release their 100% natural fragrance for the ultimate wellbeing experience.
