Directions
For adults:

I believe this is a great quality product in terms of its quality ingredients and nutrient profile. What's event better is that I can now purchase these in larger sizes of 60 capsules per bottle so it lasts that bit longer before ordering again.

I take 3 of these every day since I was diagnosed with MS in 2007. These along with my fish twice a week keep my Omega 3 levels right for me.
Have been using for 9 months, good supplement but not sure they are having the impact I hoped for. Time will tell but they are pricey.
Not using them long enough to know if any good. Got same thing a lot cheaper on another site.
