Nearly finished my second bottle of these. To say I was sceptical is an understatement. Age 54 perimenopausal and haven't slept well for years and years. While I was on my first bottle I was still waking around 3 but I was going back to sleep . In the last week or so I've stopped waking during the night and getting to half 5 from 10 the night before. Happy camper here. Got these in meaghers so excellent speedy delivery as usual. Will keep ordering them now . They're not cheap but totally worth it
