Directions

Take 1–4 capsules per day with plenty of water.

Can be taken with or without food. You can also open the capsule and add the contents to your food or drink.

If taking a fibre supplement for the first time, start with 1-2 capsules per day and adjust accordingly.

If you currently take prescribed medication, it is best to take your Fibre Complex one hour before or after your medication. This will make sure the fibre complex does not interfere with the absorption of your medication.
