It tastes great I got pineapple, I've seen an improvement in my bowel I had a rough first 10 days and then it's like something changed my stool is better and piles are just gone. So I'm excited to see the developments as I go. I'm on a lot of pain meds that affect my gut and bowel so it is helping me a lot. I've some health issues so it will be interesting to see if it impacts on those too.

First time it took 4 weeks to feel results, this time around I kinda expect the same. Im only on second bottle atvthe moment. One thing I noticed after few days the fulness feeling in the morning, not hungry at all. The blotting improved. Also better mood.
