Directions

Best product to get to to sleep soundly throught the night . It started working first night . From someone who hardly get 5 hours of sleep now i sleep over 8 .

It is a lovely lotion to use after a night time shower. Nice and light and not greasy so doesn't leave any marks on clothes. I need to use it a few more times to get the real benefit from it.

Very good for a restful nights sleep. I use it after I shower at night. Make sure you apply your face cream first. Made a mistake first time applied magnesium cream to my body. Then washed my hands and applied night cream to my face but there was a residue on my hands and it made my face very red.

I got this to help me sleep alittle better as well as help with an ongoing discomfort and pain in my neck and into my shoulder blade, I found it absorbed very well into the skin and did help me some what to fall off to sleep especially with the lavender that's also in it & I found it good if I had a headache to pop a dabe of it on the temples of my head before I went to sleep 👌🏻🤗
