Brilliant product, I admit I don’t love the taste as I’m personally not a fan of lemon and ginger but it’s bearable and not a deal breaker. The bonus is that lemon and ginger does make me feel zingy so it’s the boost I need in the morning. I did experience a bit of bloating for the first two weeks and I think it was down to this as it’s the only thing I changed. But that passed and I assume it was just my system adjusting to it. It has given me loads of energy so I’ll keep going with it, haven’t used it for long enough to comment on long term benefits but here’s hoping!

I love the taste but unfortunately it’s not suitable for me I experienced some dizzy spells after taking it I have stopped taking it and thankfully the dizzy spells have stopped also .

So far im liking this product. Love that it's all natural ingredients. My first time ever to use a supplement. Taste not too bad as im taking it with orange juice.
