We advise taking 4 capsules a day for a minimum of 14 weeks, after which you may wish to reduce to one or two a day for a further few weeks.

Everyone is unique, and so is their skin journey. For over 12 years, Advanced Nutrition Programme has recommended taking two capsules twice daily with meals for a minimum of 14 weeks.

After 14 weeks, you may wish to gradually reduce your intake, first to three capsules daily and, after another month, to two capsules daily. Some people prefer to continue taking four capsules daily for longer.

This is my second time purchasing this product, and I can't recommend it enough! I have suffered with hormonal acne breakouts around my mouth and chin for the past year. I started skin accumax about 3 weeks ago and haven't looked back. I was suffering from hormonal breakouts especially around my chin and mouth area which was leaving me feeling very self conscious, which at 50 years old was really getting me down. My teenage son and daughter use this product and it is absolutely a miracle worker! They have tried all sorts of antibiotics and antibiotic creams, gels, lotions and this by far has given them astonishing results and what's even better is that the capsules are all combined of natural ingredients like vitamin A. Usually I purchase this product from my local beauty salon but during the covid crisis i discovered that this wonder pharmacy sell it and better still at a cheaper price and no postage costs so why wouldn't I go this route, in fact this is my second time purchasing from this pharmacy and it certainly wont be my last either. Just to add also I encountered a small problem when I trying to purchase this product on line the last time more than like due to bad internet connections so I telephoned the pharmacy directly and they kindly processed the transaction over the phone for me, so what more could you ask for.
