A specially formulated complete multivitamin tablet with 19 essential vitamins and minerals including folic acid as L-methylfolate and vitamin D. L-methylfolate is the bioavailable form of folic acid, that delivers 3x greater absorption compared to standard folic acid.

Directions

Women pre, during and post pregnancy (including breastfeeding) take 1 capsule of Active Iron, 1 omega-3 DHA capsule and 1 complete multivitamin tablet daily with water or fruit juice.

Active Iron is gentle enough to take on an empty stomach.
