Meaghers Springboard Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
Meaghers Springboard is an initiative by Meaghers Pharmacy Group designed to support an emerging Irish business through mentorship, exposure, marketing support and placement within the Meaghers retail network to the value of €10,000.
By submitting an application, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be aged 18 years or older.
- Be resident in the Republic of Ireland.
- Own or represent an Irish-registered business or business idea.
- Be available to participate in interviews, promotional activity, and related events if shortlisted.
- Submit all required application materials before the closing date.
The following are not eligible:
Employees of Meaghers Pharmacy Group
Immediate family members of employees
Existing suppliers or partners where a conflict of interest may arise
3. Application Process
Applications must be submitted through the official Meaghers Springboard webpage.
Applications should include:
- Business overview (500 words or less) To include:
- Vision and Mission
- Unique Selling Proposition
- Why you should be chosen
- Founder information (200 words or less)
- Growth ambitions (200 words or less)
- Supporting documents (where applicable)
Incomplete or late applications may not be considered.
4. Prize Details
Through this initiative, one emerging brand will be selected to receive a commercial launch platform valued at €10,000.
This goes beyond traditional retail support. The chosen brand will benefit from:
A. Access to Meaghers’ retail network
B. Strategic marketing support
C. Real-world customer exposure
D. Dedicated business guidance from an experienced team
Meaghers reserves the right to amend the prize structure if necessary.
The prize:
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives unless otherwise stated
- May be awarded in stages or through agreed supports/services
5. Judging Process
Applications will be reviewed by a panel selected by Meaghers.
Judging criteria may include:
- Innovation
- Commercial viability
- Brand alignment
- Growth potential
The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.
