Want to tune in to your gut and get to know it a little better? This new and improved six-week Gut Diary gives you the tools to do just that. The diary includes Gut Toolkit pages, The Gut Stuff Stool Chart and space for your weekly shopping list. Our updated version is now handbag-sized (a bit bigger than A6!) making it easier for you to record on the go.
Whether you’ve gutta problem or not, if you want to know and understand your body (and your gut) a bit better, this is the journal for you!
What is it?
This easy-to-navigate journal enables you to track your food, hydration, mood and poop and to explore how you're feeling if you're experiencing any symptoms and how much you're moving. This diary really helps you to understand how your body is working and will give you a great tool to spot patterns, good or bad.
We’ve even included a gratitude section to help give you a little reminder of all the things to be grateful for!
If you do have gut symptoms, you can take your journal to a nutritionist, dietician or GP to help you explain what you're experiencing (we know they'll thank you for it!).
N.B. This is NOT intended to be a food diary for calorie counting.
Fill in one page per day (make sure you fill in the date) and try to do it for 6 weeks. It doesn’t matter if you miss a couple of days, it’s the bigger picture over the course of that time which matters.
