Multi-Nutrient Sachet: Each sachet is packed with premium nutrients that work in perfect synergy with the botanical and Omega-3 capsules. Along with a spectrum of vitamins and minerals each sachet also contains digestive enzymes and live friendly bacteria. Iodine supports normal thyroid and cognitive function.

Omega-3 Capsule: EPA and DHA are essential fatty acids which cannot be made by the body efficiently and must be consumed in the diet/supplementation. The omega active capsules contain sustainably sourced fish oils in the enteric shell, meaning they bypass the stomach and dissolve in the upper intestinal tract for optimal absorption and no fishy aftertaste. 

Botanical Capsule: Each botanical capsule contains Ashwagandha, Sage, Soya Isoflavones, Vitamin D3 (Niacin) & B6 Sage, a historically used herb, is a perennial, evergreen shrub known by the romans as the holy herb. Its leaves are described as phytoestrogens. Each capsule contains 100mg of sage. Ashwagandha root is an evergreen shrub with long history of use in India, the Middle East & parts of Africa. Each capsule contains 450mg of Ashwagandha. Soya Isoflavones are a family of naturally occuring chemicals found in soya beans. Isoflavones are phytoestrogens and Genistein is one of the best known and researched isoflavones. Each capsule contains 135mg of fermented soya bean extra, of which 54mg is Genistein.

Directions

Empty contents of the sachet into approximately 250-300ml of water and stir to dissolve. Take one sachet plus one botanical capsule and one Omega-3 capsule once a day, preferably before or with food. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute fora a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. For Omega-3 wait 30 minutes before consuming a hot drink.
