4 Week Course

MyndServ has developed a complete stress course that helps people develop robust coping mechanisms for dealing with stress, panic attacks and anxiety issues. For information or to book a course call 01 524 1210.

This is a complete, 4 week course which covers:

  • Week 1: Understanding stress, your stressors and why you get stressed
  • Week 2: Recognising the onset of stress and starting to managing stressful situations
  • Week 3: Developing and practicing coping mechanism
  • Week 4: Longer term strategies

Throughout the course, the client will also learn techniques including meditation and mindfulness practices.

The coach (therapist) will also provide a 30 minute phone or skype session each week to make sure that the client is on track.
