Gaviscon Extra Chewable Tabelts work in two ways to effectively relieve both heartburn and indigestion. 1) Quickly neutralises excess stomach acid. 2) Forms a raft over the stomach contents which help prevents acid coming back up into the oesophagus (food pipe). 

Directions for use

For oral administration. Read the package leaflet before use. Adults and children over 12 years: when symptoms occur take two to four tablets after meals and at bedtime, up to four times a day.
