Complete Multivitamin - A specially formulated complete multivitamin tablet. It includes 20 essential vitamins and minerals including L-methylfolate and vitamin D. L-methylfolate is folic acid delivered in an active, naturally occurring form that delivers greater absorption compared to standard folic acid.

Omega 3 DHA - 100% sustainably sourced omega-3 DHA fish oil capsule, with AlaskOmega® omega-3 concentrates.

Provides complete care at every stage of development:

Iron helps to support energy, immunity, cognitive function, oxygen transport and blood building.
Folic acid helps to reduce the risk of developing neural tube defects (NTD)*. It supports maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.

Directions

Take one Active Iron capsule, one multivitamin with Active Folic tablet and one omega-3 DHA capsule daily. Take with water. Do not exceed the daily dose without consulting your Doctor or Pharmacist.
