The taste takes a bit of getting used to, but once its cold it Is not too bad and I've grown to actually like tit first thing in the morning! The dose is 70ml daily, but the cap is a 60ml cap so to get the full 70ml dose, you have to fill the cap to the absolute brim, which is a bit annoying! 5 weeks in now and it's going ok, will take for the 12 weeks and see how it goes then

I have being taken Symprove for over 2 years now. I noticed a huge difference in my digestion system. Less bloating particularly. In certain times where my stomach would be upset I increased my morning dose to 100ml for a few mornings & it reset everything again. Don’t like being without it now. This is my second pack, so effectively I’m on week 6 of the 12 week program. I ordered the original flavor for 1st pack and it was fine, very palatable but I changed to the mango and passion fruit for 2 box and I’m finding it much more refreshing for the morning.
I hadn’t noticed any changes in myself week 1-4 but now week 6 I have noticed that my anxiety feels less/ my tummy is less unsettled or vice versa which is really great and unexpected. Will stay with it for 12 weeks as I do notice a change in myself now and will be interested to see how my general well-being is by week 12

I honestly cannot get enough of Symprove! I look forward to taking it every morning. Before I started taking Symprove I considered going to the doctors to discuss potentially having IBS. I could barely eat any meals without it really upsetting my stomach but once I started taking Symprove all those symptoms went away.
I ran out and went about a week without and I instantly noticed the difference. I was bloated, didn't have regular bowl movements and just felt very sluggish.
